Proposed investor terms
Illustrative economics, not final offering terms.
The current concept uses a $100,000 to $250,000 commitment range and tiered annual return targets. Every term remains subject to structure, underwriting, counsel, and definitive documents.
Working tier concept
Commitment-based target returns.
These percentages are planning assumptions only. They are not guaranteed, are not bank interest, and may not reflect the final economic structure.
$125,000
Illustrative annual target$150,000 to $250,000
Illustrative annual targetTarget returns are objectives, not promises. Actual results may be lower, zero, or negative, and investors may lose some or all invested capital.
Timing concept
Up to one year, with a conditional month-four review.
The working concept contemplates interest or distributions within a one-year period and a possible review around month four. A month-four payment, redemption, or rollover option can occur only if permitted by liquidity, completed project sales, financing obligations, governing documents, and manager approval.
Possible choices, if available
- Receive available distribution proceeds
- Receive principal plus available return and exit
- Keep capital invested and receive only an available distribution
- Continue under a new or extended approved term
No choice is automatic. Final documents must define availability, notice, valuation, priority, delay, suspension, and approval rights.
